Terms and Conditions

1. Parties

These terms apply to services supplied by KEEN SCIENCE PTY. LTD. trading as Keen Science.

2. Services

Keen Science provides science learning support, training, curriculum review, workshop design, data interpretation and related consultancy services. Specific deliverables depend on the selected package and any written scope agreed with the customer.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The amount payable is calculated on the server from the selected package.

4. Customer information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and project information. Keen Science may request additional information before commencing work.

5. Scheduling

Sessions, workshops and consultancy work are scheduled after payment or deposit confirmation and after scope confirmation where required.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Keen Science retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks and teaching materials. Customer-specific deliverables may be used by the customer for the agreed purpose.

7. Limitations

Keen Science does not guarantee a particular academic, commercial or research outcome. Advice and materials are provided based on information supplied by the customer.

8. Refunds

Refunds and remedies are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
